The aim of the present study was to design a model of job feedback communication skills, power of feedback source and recipient dignity in improving the job performance of physical education experts of Payame Noor universities. The aim of the present study was applied and descriptive-correlational, which was conducted in the field. The statistical population included physical education experts of Payame Noor universities (468 people) of whom 248 people were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools included Pierce organizational self-esteem questionnaire (1989), Alders job feedback (2000), feedback source power Hinkin (1989) and Fedor (2001). The reliability of the questionnaires was above 0.75. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the data and in the inferential section Pearson correlation coefficient, path analysis and structural equation method were used. The results showed that job feedback has a positive and significant effect on improving job performance, source of feedback strength and recipient dignity. The power of the source of feedback and the dignity of the recipient, on the improvement of job performance, the positive effect and meaning of the drug The power of the source of feedback and the dignity of the recipient of feedback play a mediating role in the relationship between job feedback and improving job performance.Therefore, considering the significant effect of variables related to communication skills on job performance, and according to psychological (self-esteem) and organizational factors (resource power) job feedback, effectiveness and increase the likelihood of accepting feedback, the job performance of physical education experts can be Improved.

Using scientometric techniques, this paper tries to examine the position of Iranian sport sciences researches in Web of Science during time span 2000-2016. This research uses scientometric techniques. Documents indexed in Web of Science comprises the population of the current study. Findings revealed that during 2000-2016, a total of 615 articles were in the field of sport science in Web of Science. On the other hand, results indicated that Rahnama N is the most productive scientist, Sadeghi H is the most cited researcher, and Sadeghi H owns the highest h-index. Iranian authors of sport sciences have many collaborative articles with their counterparts in USA, Canada, and England, respectively. Moreover, “Exercise”, “Training”, and “Muscle” are the most frequent words in Iranian sport sciences researches. Generally, scientific productions in the field of sport sciences show a significant increase from 2000 onwards. The content analysis of Iranian sports sciences researchers revealed that the majority of articles are about the impact of exercise on body systems, rehabilitation issues, and movement analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of studies conducted in the field of sports media in the international arena. The statistical population of the present study is all articles of sport media including 1360 articles which have been indexed in the ISI database since 1983 to 2016, which have been analyzed using Scientometrics and network analysis software. The analyzes include identifying the process of quantitative research over time, superior journals in terms of number of articles, geographical distribution of relevant research, country collaboration networks, and the most commonly used terms in the title, abstract, and keyword. The results showed that from 1983 to 2016, the number of research conducted in the field of sports media has grown relative, from 9 papers in 1983 to 92 papers in 2016. MEDICINE AND SCIENCE IN SPORTS AND EXERCISE magazine published 133 articles with the largest share in the published media. The United States, with a published of 670 articles and 49% of published articles, has the largest share of sports media coverage than other countries. The words "sport", "medium", and "performance", with 138, 129, and 124, are the most frequent in the title and abstract of the published articles, and the keywords of rehabilitation, community and internet are the most frequent keywords in the keywords in the articles.
